a new leaf september0209_1 september0209_2 Hermie and I used to walk very early in the mornings, then I got more and more comfortable with taking him later, sleeping in, browsing the internet upon waking...developed bad habits over the summer. With a new month upon us, we headed out early, the new morning light was refreshing, the students heading to school was delightful, and the bloom soaking up the sunrise in front of the bedroom was the cherry on top, there is only one right now, and it is beautiful.

I miss my morning bike rides with Don and walks with Bella and Mazzy (our little dog) I have been a wee bit lazy lately. That is such a gorgeous shot of that bloom. It makes me feel happy inside. xoxo

I have tried getting up in the morning to work out, but I am NOT a morning person so it really doesn't work for me. Kudos to you for doing it!

Wow Stacey~
Your blog is so clean and beautiful, just like your photographs. It was wonderful meeting you and your mom today at CSUSM! I just love your work; I plan to tell everyone. Hope to hit the Farmers' Market next week and hope to see you both again soon.

Cheers!
Mary

Oh my goodness, that is *exactly* what happened with me (and my dog) over the summer! We just had our first early walk in the park this past week. Lazy, lazy summer...

I'm looking forward to the cooler weather, it's much easier for me to deal with, somehow.
