On Wednesday Case and I packed a few things, dropped Hermie at my parents and headed to Los Angeles for a few days of tasty meals, sleeping in, window shopping, walking, banana pudding and Arcade Fire (which was the reason for the trip in the first place). We slept in a kitschy cozy place, enjoyed blueberry lemon curd waffles, found a new artist to love, ate the very best BLTs and looked for stars at Joan's, ducked out of the rain to see The Town, sat in yellow 1960's chairs from Denmark at HD Buttercup and danced and sang our hearts out to Arcade Fire.

All sorts of magic wrapped up in a few short days that I'd been looking forward to since I received the tickets on my birthday in August. {thank you Case, xo}
