Oh, pomegranate seeds...very much worth the time, spurts of juice and care to pluck and eat each one.......
Three ripe bananas, no cupcake liners (so hand cut parchment circles did the job), not enough frosting, grateful for the beauty of powdered sugar...might have been too late in the night to start, but oh so delicious.

LOVE the parchment circles. I have no muffin tin, but still fill parchment liners on a cookie sheet with batter sometimes.
My weekend was tasty, busy, uplifting, chilly, warm, productive, relaxing...and it's not over yet! One more day!

I love pomegranates! I do all the work and then sit down with the bowl and a spoon. My husband then comes by and wants some. (note - he never wants to do the work, just the enjoying!) :)
